After-School All-Stars is a terrific nonprofit organization that has some outstanding programs for middle school students.

After-School All-Stars South Florida provides after-school programs to over 2,000 students that focus on academics, health, fitness and enrichment. The kids gets help with their homework, have a chance to attend sports camps, but maybe best of all, they get a chance to learn about some career choices up close.

This summer some lucky kids will get a chance to try their hand at sportscasting with the Marlins.

SFASAS is one of the the Miami Marlins Foundation charity partners who focus on South Florida neighborhoods and the future of young kids. The Marlins have invited local kids to the ballpark to introduce all the careers sports has to offer. Through their charity partnership, the Marlins hope to give kids every opportunity to succeed and a chance to see a future in sports.
