Natalia Sol

VP of External Affairs

Natalia Sol serves as Vice President of External Relations for After-School All-Stars, dedicated to supporting the South Florida chapter. She works closely with the Board on the communications and fundraising strategy to support the goals, objectives and activities of After-School All-Stars South Florida.

Richard McKinley

Senior Program Director

Richard McKinley has been working with After-School All-Stars since 2005. He is a graduate of Florida International University with a degree in Business Administration. Richard was also a four year scholarship athlete, running both the 400 and 800 meter events in track and field. He is the middle of three, one older brother and a younger sister.

Rohan Thompson

Project Director

Rohan was born on a little known island in the Caribbean by the name of Jamaica. He moved to the United States at the age of 13, and has been living in South Florida ever since.


Christina Schettini

Project Manager

Christina was born in Brooklyn, New York and is of Cuban-Italian decent. She moved to Miami in 1992, where she remained until college. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies and Geography from the Florida State University in 2011, and began working as a component leader for the All-Star program.


Jamila Stroman

Project Manager

Jamila was born in West Palm Beach, Florida and raised in Durham, North Carolina. She returned to South Florida in 2013 and is our latest addition to After-School All-Stars.

Karla Mosqueda

Fiscal Operations Supervisor

Karla a native of Managua, Nicaragua moved to the United States in 1983. She is a graduate from Coral Gables Senior High and has studied at Miami Dade College. Karla has a special interest in helping children with intellectual disabilities.

Maggie Mondeja was born and raised in Cuba, but proudly considers herself a South Floridian. One of her goals was to work for a non-profit organization, and she was able to reach it in 2012 when she joined FIU After-School All-Stars.
